My name is Ella and I am the founder of Havea Sol. Havea Sol is a name that reflects everything I love. It is inspired by the Swedish words for ocean (hav) and sun (sol).

My journey into jewelry making began in middle school, in a local silversmithing class, while I was living in Sweden. I’ve recently reignited that passion by starting to take more jewelry making classes with the goal of creating special pieces just for you guys.

Traveling the world has opened my eyes to the incredible beauty of our planet, and this brand is a reflection of that. My deep love for the ocean also inspires my designs—I spent over five years working on boats and now live by the beach, collecting shells whenever I can. This love for the sea, combined with my passion for handmade jewelry, guides me to create pieces that reflect the beauty of the sea.

You’ll also find some vintage drops in my collection, which reflect my love for thrifting. I’ve always been captivated by vintage and antique pieces with their beautiful craftsmanship, uniqueness, and the stories they carry. I always have on some vintage pieces and my room is filled with these timeless finds, with all of my jewelry resting on old trinket trays, each with its own charm and history.
